I was received fake item skii facial cleanser no bar scan code on the packaging

Customer service is good but I was received skii facial cleanser is fake one ..not with bar scan code as well ..I am really annoying for using service taking 3weeks and them when I receive the item it’s fake cleanser ..not true ..I always using this item because of the product..now when I was received fake one I want to throw this item to bin ..
